School – Done

So I am officially done with school (as long as I didn’t fail this exam).  It is a great weight lifted off of my shoulders.  I feel like I’m dancing around fancy free.  Now I have all of the time in the world to do whatever I want like watch tv (when I get one), play video games (when I get one), and maybe even do some casual reading now and again.

So I’m looking for things to do, if you have any ideas send me some love.

My Wife

So Anna has been sick lately, she’s geting better but it kinda sucks because she has been the one going around the apartment complaining and wimpering and that is my job.  It’s part of my game.  But thank goodness she is getting better.  I’m tired of taking care of myself, I love having somebody to take care of me; make me food, fix my lunch for work, clean up after me; she is awesome.  So you can see that I like marriage, I got hooked up with a sweet wife.  She’s actually fixing me a sandwich right now.

newspaper post

So why do our parents and grandparents feel so strongly about putting an article in the newspaper about engageements and weddings?  I don’t see why it is such a big deal.  If I really wanted you to know that I was getting married I would have told you or invited you to the wedding.

Anyway Anna just sent an email to the Kenton Times so that there would be one in my grandma Mullady’s newpaper and sent mom the picture so that she can do the Marysville Journal Tribune.  I guess that it’s a little late but oh well.

This is the picture that we sent to have put in the papers.  We like corn.

Crappy book

Crappy book

Alright so I’m taking my last class before I graduate online and it sucks.  We hae to use an economics textbook and we started in the middle of the book.  The problem with this is that there is information in the earlier chapters that you have to know in order to complete the assignments.  So, if I can’t find an answer to a question I then have to start looking throughout the previous 16 chapters that I haven’t had to read yet which is extremely time consuming.  So right I’m just delaying the inevitable and hating life because I have to go to work shortly.  I shouldn’t be complaining because it is my last class then I’ll be done with my undergraduate degree which is pretty sweet.  So I think that I’m going to watch an episode of “Lost” before I get started on my homework.

Clifty Falls

So Anna and I celebrated our one month anniversary a little bit this weekend by going to going camping in Madison, Indiana.  Located in the southern foothills of Indiana is Clifty Falls State Park.  Anna went to this park as a child to see the falls and hiked the trails because her mom is a nature nut.  She remembered it being really awesome.  Well awesome it was, there were trees down everywhere we went and all of the trails were closed.  We were allowed to walk on the paved roads leading to the  trails which was fun just because of all of the trees that were down.  There was wildlife everywhere, we saw a deer which was just watching us go by and many squirrels, there was a red fox that scampered off once we stumbled upon it.  We saw all kinds of different bugs that were weird looking they were just hanging out.  There were lots of bees out and about, evidently bees love sycamore sap.  At Clifty Falls they have a little bit of a bee problem.  I got stung.  It hurt real bad.  Anyways we got some great pictures check out Anna’s facebook to see them.

Madison was cool though.  It is kind of like two different towns in one.  The older lower town which has over 150 historic sites which is on the Ohio River and the new part of town, the hilltop.  This has Wal-Mart, Kroger, Sonic, Staples, all of the modern day stores.  But who cares about that stuff, the lower town was really cool.  It had an apothecary, a couple of coffee shops, Hinkles Hamburgers (which is like White Castle but better), some neat antique shops and an expensive store (I think it was the Mercantile) that had bunches of kitchen nic-naks and household goods (fun place to look at).

So anyways we had fun with the trees down and the park in bad shape we didn’t even get charged to stay there, and there was tons of free firewood laying around the campgrounds so we had plenty to burn.

That’s all for now,

Chrome

So there is a new web browser that was just released in beta form and I’m trying it out.  It’s called “Chrome.”  It is from your favorite search engine google.  Not only do they make a word processor, email, amazing search engine, calender, photo organizer, video player, but they now have their own web browser.  Though it is a little different then all of the others out there you will find things that are similar to Avant, IE, Safari and Firefox, like tabbed windows, the toolbar, and bookmarks.  I’ve been using it approximately 20 minutes and I think I have found another love in my life.  That is a quick reaction to something that I just started using but I like it none the less.  More to come later.
